Every seal will come with it’s unique needs but you can expect our technicians to seal your shower or bath within 2-4 hours.
For all regrouts and seals we ask that you keep the area treated dry and free of any foot traffic for twenty four hours after the technician has finished. Our technicians will also always advise you what time you can use your tiled area the next day.
SHOWER SEALS: 10 Years.
BATH SEALS: 5 years
BACONY SEALS: 2 years
SILICONE/WALL GROUT: 2 Years
T&C’s regarding your warranties will be given to you in your quote.
We pride ourselves on treating your home as if it were our mothers. This means, using drop sheets and dust extraction devices when grinding grout for preventative measures. At the end of your service we will give any areas affected by dust a thorough vacuum. You won’t even know we were there!
Of course some of our tools are loud, that being said, we keep noise to a minimum. Our company policy is no radios! Nobody likes a tradie blasting their radio.
It’s important to know what you’re paying for, that’s why we’re fully transparent about what products we use. We don’t buy DIY products from hardware stores, but instead we use tried and tested brands from quality tile shops.
CEMENT BASED GROUTS: For all walls we use ARDEX FSDD or FG8. Both these grouts are stain, mould and waterproof.
EPOXY GROUTS: For floor or balcony regrouts we use epoxy grouts from either Mapai or Laticrete (depending on colour). Both epoxy’s are great for floor and outdoor use and are water and mould proof!
SEALANTS: We like to use Soudal Silicone for indoor use and Sikaflex’s PRO+ for outdoor use. Both are water and mould resistant.
We accept EFT payments on our portable and secure Square readers or Direct bank transfer. We charge no extra fees for EFT payments. Unfortunately we do not accept cash.
All tilers we send to your job are fully qualified and vetted, no cowboys here. All leak repairs and rejuventation works are completed by an STG technician that has undertaken our intensive in-house training. From building code compliance to making sure their work’s clean, tight, and built to last. We train them to do it right.
